Fencing for Norfolk Schools

We’ve recently completed several big projects with schools across Norfolk. For one city centre infant school we provided and installed chain link fences and gates within the school grounds, separating different play areas, as well as smart iron railings and gates around the outer perimeters. 

Manufacturing our own fencing, we’re able to provide the perfect style and size fencing for the project. In this instance, we made sure that the gaps between the bars are too small for little hands to get trapped between, nor that the cross bars are able to be used as footholds for climbing. 

Chain link fences are a great choice for schools, they provide security without looking intimidating and allow sightlines for teachers to be able to monitor different areas. For school perimeters, and for high school grounds we often use V Mesh fencing. These examples show a high school in east Norfolk with a large car park and an academy in south Norfolk which borders a forest and needed a strong, anti-climb border. In these instances weld mesh fences, made of galvanised and powder coated steel are ideal. 

School holidays and half terms are always busy times for us, as schools around the region book in for improvements and repairs. While students are away enjoying the break, we make the most of the opportunity to replace perimeter fences, improve security and safety. Working to tight deadlines during term breaks we can get the job done without causing disruption to students or staff.
