We were called in to erect fencing as part of a grand garden makeover at a home in Catton, just outside Norwich. Transforming the large back garden into a modern oasis, the customer enlisted us to fence off their new raised patio area.
The large garden was at the beginning of its transformation when we joined the project so we had many obstacles to contend with. Once the ground was levelled to make way for the fence, we installed 16 metres of closeboard fencing around the concrete foundations that would become the patio area.
We used 1200mm closeboard fencing with 600mm gravelboard to achieve an even height of fence around the new patio. The pressure treated timber fence was installed with the feather edge facing the patio and the arris rails on the outside to give a smart appearance in the new section of the garden.
